A blindfolded strategy workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals of strategy and solve a problem ‘live’.

Introduction to the Workshop

Strategy is how you discover value and use it to direct all your actions towards a single focus. It is one of the most in-demand skills today. This workshop is a 4 hour interactive session that covers the fundamentals of strategy – what it is, what it isn’t and the applications – followed by end-to-end solving of a problem, uncovering the strategy and implementing it.

Who is Meenu Susanna?

An accidental marketer who found herself easily falling in love with the job with her background in Economics and the oodles of market research, strategy and operational avenues the advertising industry presented. Started out as an account manager, soon she found herself pulled into brand launches. Worked in various roles on brands like Yahoo!, Sunfeast Yippee, MTR Foods, Malayala Manorama, Caterpillar, Sprig, Geektrust, Mantri, Forum, The Federal Bank and Manipal Education. Over the last 8 years of running her strategy + marketing agency L-m-n-tree, she’s seen problems startups deal with up close, helped solve a few of them, and grown businesses from the idea to strategy to execution to revenue and growth.
